转眼我便是两个孩子的妈。　

呈旭４岁了。　呈誉也快２岁了，　正当我们感叹时间匆匆，　可是。。　我们有好像变得更年轻了！！

6) pump at night where the prolactin levels are higher (maybe one session in the middle of the night when you wake up)

Most importantly, is not to let your breast feel full, as the supply to manufacture more milk is only stimulated when the breast is empty. If baby not awake and the breasts feel full, can pump out first."

还在那儿参加了歌唱比赛。 从一个寂寂无名的老安娣。 摇身一变成了Hotmama.. 然后。。

hight歌唱比赛.. 又不小心拿到冠军。 结果变成 high mama... :P

赢了我蛮想得到的粉红兔子装。 yay! 为期20天才。
