2) massage while pumping or latching on
3) pump both sides simultaneously. pump after every feed or every other feed.
4) pump after feed for at least 10-20 mins, until milk stops.continue even if there is no milk flow.
5) pump in between feeds
6) pump at night where the prolactin levels are higher (maybe one session in the middle of the night when you wake up)

Most importantly, is not to let your breast feel full, as the supply to manufacture more milk is only stimulated when the breast is empty. If baby not awake and the breasts feel full, can pump out first."
